I am an Operations, Product & Customer Relations executive specialised in digital B2B platforms. Over 20 years, I have led the transformation of P&L-driven organisations, connecting operations, product and customer experience.
My most defining role: Chief Operating Officer of Logic-immo (Ouest-France group, formerly Concept Multimedia / SPIR) from 2013 to 2019 — a P&L of around €8M, 45 team members, €105M revenue supported. I then led B2B product transformation at SeLoger Group and AVIV Group (Axel Springer), working with platform ecosystems at European scale.
